The people's choice

It feels like only a couple of weeks ago I was asking this question but I have next to no postcards left which means I must have met an awful lot of people last year or else I have some postcard eating creatures in my workshop. The later isn't entirely impossible but hopefully isn't the case as now that they've nearly run out of cards they might start on my accounts next and then we would be in one heck of a mess. So which do I pick? I want a normal postcard again, maybe something else later in the year but just a 6"x4" card for now which rules a couple of these images out unless I have a border too. Anyway let me know what you think, I haven't a clue yet so all thoughts welcome.
1. Legged jugs (better names welcome too).


2. Owl plate.
3. Mug group.
4. Outline bowls.
5. Harlequin mug group.
6. Harlequin bowl group.

7. Baluster jug group.
8. Oak Tree Harvest Jug, detail.

    The baluster jugs are quite stately, but you could hardly go wrong with any of these images.

    I'm partial to a picture of one of your special order jugs. Collage of items also works, but not too busy. Hmmm, I wonder if you had 4 different cards to show different works, but of the same qty as 1 card. I wonder what the printer would work with you on? BTW...have you tried using Microsoft Publisher or something similar to get it 'camera ready' yourself? That might save some printing, at least it does in the US. HMMM...mabye that is another option, printing them over hear and taking advantage of the Xchange rate? OK, I'm out of ideas.

    No. 1, the Harlequin mugs. No. 2, the jug detail. But those little walking jugs are pretty cool, too.

    My favorite is the jug detail (#8) but you might want to do a litle photo shopping to reduce the glare of the hotspot. As for a title for your footed mugs, doesn't a Haggis have 3 legs?

    3, 7 and 8 are my pick... i like the section of the big jug but for the sake of advertising i thing you need the whole pot just because you'll get lots of oh what this a picture of then??? do moo cards do postcard size you could get a variety then...lovely stuff H

    Top marks for 8 – artistic value. However to maximise product diversity I would use the angle shot 5(harlequin mug group) but with graduated products baluster jugs at the back and work down – eye will be drawn from the back to the front (assuming it fits the card size).

    hi hannah, i'd have to say either the first one or the baluster group. i think the first one uses the focus/unfocus effect the best of the ones that have it.

    I like the owl plate (though I would like to see it just a little more straight-on) or the harlequin mug shot. All the pictures were pretty great though!

    Baluster jug group for real quality and to show off your skills, the crazy daisy is a real winner and a fab present for a blacksmith? (yes i am lucky enough to own it, and I love it)

    eeeeeeeeeeeerrrrrrrrr4(oops - sorry, that was the cat's choice). My choice - Harlequin mug group, then Fat oak tree jug detail, but with Ballister jugs in close contention. Hey I'm feeling a bit sorry for the owl here.

    I think number three is a stunning photo, and a great bunch of pots. But in the end could you choose to do one of each and get a group rate? They are all beautiful.
