Every Cloud Has a Silver Lining

Well never have my accounts, my CV and my website been so up to date. The boredom has driven me to doing all the things that I will usually gladly put off in favour of almost anything else. So today I give to you, courtesy of Gus at Galloway On Line...

My newly revamped website at

This has been in the planning since January, it takes me forever and three days to get it all together. I wanted it to be simple and not fussy and to tell people what they wanted to know so hopefully it does that. I think I've managed to remove a lot of the old clutter and I like the way it looks now, I hope you do too. There is a form on the contact page for you so you can let me know what you think and if you're not already on my mailing list then please do feel free to add your name and address to that.

  1. The website is really nice Hannah. Very clean and well laid out. Love all the images. Easy to navigate too and nothing pulls the reader away. Nice jug on the stocklists page. Don't think I've seen that one before.

  4. Hi Hannah,
I was so sorry to read about your accident and that you are still suffering the affects of it. It will be a very uncomfortable and frustrating time for you, even more so as you were probably bubbling along with all sorts of ideas after your trip to Germany.

Glad that you have been able to attack the paper work and get the web site done (I am currently half buried under a pile of paper that is undergoing a miraculous transformation from unsorted bank statements, receipts, and the like, to an elegant thing of beauty on my spreadsheet programme on the computer! It is nearly time to send in the accounts to the Inland Revenue Department.... Groan!).

Really enjoyed your website, it is lovely and clear, shows your work off well, and downloads quickly. I also like your "about me" statement which manages to have life and vigor about it (not just a dry collection of dates and facts).

Hope you are much better soon.
